Baby Name Game

So it's a major stress for me.... this baby name game. Can't seem to get anything to stick. A child has to live with the name you choose for all of eternity. That's a lot of pressure right out of the gate. They also have to live up to any name. Oprah would not be an appopriate name for any little girl in this day and age. Who could ever get over the stigma of being named Adolf? That would be too much to ask of any person.

Some of the names we are throwing around: Emmett, Layla, Olivia, Brady, Brett, Cameron, Lia, Tate... and it goes on and on. Where do we begin?

SEPTEMBER REVEAL!!!

Here it is! Late, but here none the less. This month we were given the task of not using 12 x 12 LOs. A stretch for a scrapper who strickly uses that size. I chose to go with 8.5 x 11 LOs instead.

Updates, Updates

Haven't posted in a while as things have been hectic around my house these last few weeks. Besides the end of summer and all that entails, we have been working on our basement more and more. Trying to get it all finished. On top of that, we found out that we are going to have another baby! That's right people! We are doing it again! BIG SURPRISE FOR US. I have been extremely tired and find it hard to get off of the couch at night (hence, no posts)

August DT Reveal

It is that time of the month again! APOS DT reveal!

This month I was given a kit full of Crate Paper. This LO is the scraps of the Little Sprout line.

I love how this one turned out. The Little Sprout paper matched the mood of the photos perfectly!

I hardly ever get to use pink so I was pleasantly surprised to find a piece of Lilian in my kit this month. The new photos of Bella topped it off.

Sneaky Peaky

Sneaky Peaky of the LOs I did at the Midnight Crop on Friday Night. I didn't get much else done. There was too much chatting and too much Nacho Dip going around (Thanks Carol!)

I did discover Fluid Chalk and now I can't stop. It adds such a finished antique look around the paper that I don't know what I did without it before. Besides that, it is fairly cheap at $2.50 each. Check out APOS for all the great colors that they have in stock. In these LOs, I have used Amber Clay. Nice light brown to make a Tea stained look.

Thanks to Alissa and all the Ladies that were at the crop Friday night. I had such a blast and look forward to the next one.
